Absolutely the worst bank signup I've ever dealt with. My application sat there for several weeks before they processed it, then another week-plus waiting for my card to arrive. The second I received the card, my account got locked - didn't even get to log in a single time. Everything was verified on my end, but they flagged me as suspicious. Tried calling and sat on hold for more than 30 minutes without talking to an actual person, just automated responses and endless hold music. Total disaster, terrible experience.
